Alan Waldie(b.1940 d.2016)

Hailed as one of the UK’s all-time greatest art directors and synonymous with the celebrated B&H 1978 ‘Iguana’ ad, Alan was a leading light of legendary agency Collett Dickenson Pearce (CDP). Created against a backdrop of mounting restrictions on tobacco advertising, ‘Iguana’ cemented Alan’s reputation for fearlessly thinking outside the box and the ability to manipulate his audience.
