Lord (Tim) Bell of Belgravia(b.1941)

Is best known for his leading role in Margaret Thatcher’s three successful general election campaigns. Widely regarded as the ultimate PR man, with a sharp tongue but with a twinkle in his eye, he was first managing director of the fledging Saatchi & Saatchi in the 1970s before going on to found Bell Pottinger more than thirty years ago. He is that rare beast: a successful admen turned PR guru with a stellar career influenced by working closely with the Saatchi brothers, Charles and Maurice, Sir Martin Sorrell, Sir Frank Lowe and the Conservative Director of Publicity, Sir Gordon Reece. (His memoir: Right or Wrong).
