MT (Mary Teresa) started her career as an account planner and was headhunted by Jay Chiat to join him in California to work on a range of pioneering Silicon Valley accounts, including the team that helped Steve Jobs launch the Macintosh in 1984. She became Head of Planning across three US offices and in 1993 returned to the UK to start her own agency Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe. One of the first women to have their name above the door. Always interested in the potential of new media to increase public value, MT built a social enterprise for one-to-one mentoring called horsesmouth.co.uk. She is also involved with Creative Skillset and Channel 4.
